Tropicana, a division of PepsiCo, believes it is our responsibility to support, improve and give back to the communities where our major facilities are located. By helping our communities, we strengthen local economies, develop a diverse workforce and supplier base, and contribute to a better quality of life for current and future generations. The company supports the community in a variety of ways: employee volunteerism, product and cash contributions and a supplier diversity program.

Our primary focus is health and wellness, youth education and programs that will help develop productive citizens. We do not sponsor religious organizations, political organizations or individuals.

Our employees and the PepsiCo Foundation provide substantial support to local United Way campaigns. The PepsiCo Foundation generously matches employee contributions to United Way campaigns $1 for $1 in support of the communities where we have employees.

In addition, the company also encourages and enhances employee philanthropy. The PepsiCo Foundation provides $1/$1 support of those employee gifts through its Matching Gifts program, and double matches monetary contributions of regular full-time employees if they provide continuous on-going volunteer service to the recipient organization.

Tropicana has a long tradition of community service. We are pleased to consider requests from non-profit organizations located in the areas that are home to our facilities and employees.

Submitting a Request

All requests should include the name of the non-profit organization, an overview of your program, and documentation of the organization’s IRS 501 (c) 3 status. All requests that meet these guidelines will be reviewed by Tropicana’s Contributions Committee and responded to within three weeks of receipt.

Because of the large number of requests we receive, all requests must be submitted through this website.
