When sweater weather rolls around, turn to this simple cocktail recipe to bolster everyone’s enthusiasm for crisp temperatures. Tart TROPICANA® Lemonade and aromatic rosemary syrup shake together with bourbon for a seasonal refresher.
Ingredients:
- 2 ounces TROPICANA® Lemonade
- 1 ½ ounces bourbon
- ½ ounce rosemary syrup*
- A fresh rosemary sprig for garnish
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker.
- Add ice and shake well.
- Strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass.
- Garnish with a fresh rosemary sprig.
*Rosemary Syrup:
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 4 fresh rosemary sprigs
- Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan over medium- high heat. Stir to combine.
- Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally, and boil 1 minute or until sugar is dissolved.
Remove from heat and let stand 30 minutes.
- Pour liquid through a wire-mesh strainer into an airtight container, discarding rosemary sprigs.
- Cover and chill. Syrup may be stored in refrigerator up to 1 month.
